All original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, and any freebies included with the product must be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Log in to your account on AtmanEcom.in and go to My Orders.
Select the order item you wish to return and click Request Return.
Choose a reason for the return and upload photos if applicable (required for damaged/defective items).
After submitting your request, our team will review it and send you approval along with return instructions via email.
Important: Do not ship any item before receiving return approval from our support team.
3. Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved:
You must send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent, defective item).
Please pack the product securely to avoid transit damage.
4. Refund Processing
After we receive your returned product and inspect it:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days from the date of inspection.
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
