Processing involves verifying order details, preparing the items for shipment, and handing them over to our courier partners. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Atmanecom.in partners with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders. We may use any of the following partners depending on your delivery location and service availability:

All packages are shipped with appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Within Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery timelines may extend up to 14–18 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal peaks, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions for orders above a specified cart value — be sure to check current offers at checkout!

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may carry an additional COD fee, which will also be displayed during checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., due to incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery address, or refusal of delivery), the courier may try again, or return the shipment to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact information and address details are accurate at the time of placing your order to avoid delays.

In cases where delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, you may be charged for return or redelivery costs.
